Descriptions for Various Classes Offered by Final Touch Hair and Body Care

All About Arms - A great way to tone up and sculpt those arms! This 30 minute express class focuses on strength building exercises for the upper body 
 

Bottoms up! - Get strong lean legs. This class focuses on muscle work for your glutes, quads, hamstrings and abs! 


Tone up and Stretch - Total body toning and stretch exercises. This is a great combination to sculpt long lean muscles, abs, butt and thighs. 


Body Sculpt - A full body workout incorporating various pieces of equipment (stability balls, weights, tubing etc.) A great way to strengthen and tone the whole body. 


Ball&Glide. Trim and tone your entire body with our new gliding discs in unique was as well as using the stability ball a Gym favourite!


Triple Play - Something for everyone! 20 minutes of high-low, 20 minutes of step, and 20 minutes of total body conditioning. Choreography for beginner to intermediate. 


Total Body Intervals -  Fun and effective! By combining cardio and muscle work into a class, everyone has the opportunity to have fun while getting fit. 

Step Shape Up!- This class combines a half hour of cardio step to make you move and sweat followed by a half hour total body workout.  A great class for individuals who want to increase their fitness level and burn those extra calories!


Super Step Sensation - This class has been redesigned to challenge like never before! Some weeks we slow it down adding power and control to intensify. Other weeks we spice and flare up your basic step - bringing this class to a new level! Get your hips moving and your body shaking.


Kickbox Turbo - Let's sweat!!! Kickbox turbo is a combination of cardio, core work, and kickboxing drills blended together with fun choreography. 


Cardio Bottoms Up - Get Strong! Cardio step your way to lean legs. This class focuses on muscle work for your glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, and abs. 


Candle Light Stretch - A full body stretch class with some ambiance that will add to your flexibility and well being. 


Military Tone - Its time to blow the whistle on Saturday morning lounging. Come out & work your muscles.  This class has everything to work your entire body.  Legs and arms with weights, abs and circuit training all rolled into one.  One fun filled hour!  Let this class be a part of your goal of getting in shape and having fun! 


Core - Get abs of steel! This 30 minute class of total abs will give you the core strength you are looking for. 


Yoga - Yoga incorporates postures, proper breathing, and meditation to increase strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. This class is a great way to help you manage stress and feel better. Relax and rejuvenate.


 Gentle Yoga - Focus on relaxation, stretching, and breathing. Enjoy this restorative and healing practice as you release tension and calm the mind.


 Yoga Flow - Coordinating movement with breathing... We will flow from one posture to another. Improve circulation and flexibility while increasing breath awareness.


 Young at Heart - A high energy, low impact, balance and full body workout to improve and maintain a healthy, active life. Includes the use of weights, tubing, and stability ball. (Perfect for ages over 55)


Zumba - It is the ultimate calorie burning, body tightening workout!! Although you don't have to be able to dance to zumba, no one can resist the hot rhythms and exciting moves. This is a workout unlike anything else in the fitness world.

Zumba Gold-
A low impact aerobic dance class geared towards the older adult and those just getting started. Come out for a fun exciting class!

Nia Dance-A high energy,low impact workout which combines Martial Arts,Dance and Yoga. It increases strength,flexibility,and agility by way of whole person fitness."nia is like chocolate... you have to taste it!".

Spinning- The world of spinning,a challenging,dramatic and adverse means of cycle training with out the risk of the road! Speed training,intervals, hill climbs,pace, and shape... all a fun aerobic test ,and you'll never be left behind.

Power Yoga- A vigorous variety of Vinyasa (flow) Yoga, Ashtanga (power) Yoga incorporates long held concentration building balance sequences, strength and stability increasing core emphasis as well as intermediate and advanced (modifications available and encouraged for all levels) yoga postures for personal exploration.

Hoop it up- Remember when you were young and played for hours with your hula hoop?  You can do that again in our basic learn to hoop class!  Anyone can hoop with our adult sized and heavier hoops.  Tone up your core, hips, buns, and legs and get your heart rate up.  Come out and have a blast from the past!
